Reference checks

We believe that reference checks should not be just another part of the hiring process that HR needs for their files.  A reference check done right can mean the confirmation that you did indeed choose the right candidate or the blessing that you checked the reference because they are not the right candidate after all.  We will not only ask the standard questions for you but we will also did beneath the surface to make sure you are getting what you think you are getting in this candidate.  We will then type and send you copies of the references we check, saving you time and giving you the confidence that you made the right decision.

Salary Negotiation & Offer Delivery

This stage of the interview process can get sticky when the candidate and client are speaking directly with one another.  Most candidates do not know how to negotiate or request compensation packages that are rightly deserved and often times hiring companies do not want to play games.  Essential Hires believes that it doesn’t have to be a game.  We understand as a hiring company that you will want to pay less or try to get the best deal possible and we understand the candidate will want to get as much as possible.  This is where we step in and act as consultant on your behalf.  With our industry knowledge and relationship with the candidate we will manage their expectations on your behalf to insure mutual satisfaction for both parties.  Constant communication and sharing of information is vital and what we offer to make this process as smooth as possible.  We will work closely with you to deliver an offer that we know will be accepted thereby not wasting time engaging offers and jumping through hoops to get an offer approved if the candidate will not accept.  When an offer is made through Essential Hires we strive to guarantee it will be accepted.
